The Nueces River Ranch is a well-located South Texas hunting ranch in big deer country that has been in the same family for over 30+/- years. Green Branch Creek is a wet-weather creek that meanders through the ranch. In wetter times, the creek holds good pockets of water. This ranch has good surface water with 8-9 tanks throughout and four (4) water wells. One of the wells has a pump that can produce 50+/- gpm. The home has a storage tank and is supplied by one of the wells on the ranch. Several of the tanks range up to 1.5+/- acres when full. The Nueces River flows along the eastern part of the ranch.
