Land for Sale in Medina County

Our Home County

Medina County is where our firm is headquartered, and it is the county we know tract by tract. The land changes character as you move across it: the northern end climbs into Hill Country limestone and live oak around Medina Lake, while the southern half flattens into productive farm ground along the US-90 corridor between Castroville, Hondo and D'Hanis.

That range is why the county draws such different buyers. Irrigated row-crop farms and hay meadows trade in the south. Recreational and hunting tracts trade in the north. And the corridor between Castroville and San Antonio has steadily absorbed acreage buyers who want room without giving up a reasonable commute into the city.

Because we live and work here, we are usually aware of Medina County tracts before they reach the MLS — and often when an owner is only beginning to think about selling.
